They are much stronger and designed to hold the weight of granite and other solid surface tops. There are many advantages of wrought iron. Our countertop supports are designed to hold at least 150 pounds.

Some fabricators tell us that the countertop support should be a minimum of about 60% of the overhang. For example, our 11" supports may support a top that is a maximum of approximately 19" deep.
